Policies
REGISTRATION
- Registration is for the ENTIRE session.
- Medical Waiver and Hold Harmless must be completed before TMT programming commences.
- TMT provides lessons rain or shine. In the event of weather students will participate in fitness training, classroom lessons and other off-court activities. In the event of severe weather, classes may be rescheduled by TMT and each student will be notified of the change.
PAYMENT
- There are NO REFUNDS given for missed classes. It is the parents’/students’ responsibility to attend the class for which they are registered.
- If a student chooses to discontinue their schedule of classes, TMT must be notified in writing, prior to the first of any month. The unused tuition amount is forfeited.
- Students will not be allowed on court to if tuition account is not current. Late tuition payments will be charged a $20 late fee, and may result in the student being dropped from the class roster.
- Checks returned from our bank as uncollectible for any reason will result in an additional $20 charged to student’s account.
- Classes may be cancelled or combined during the year if enrollment is less than 3 students. You will be personally notified of such changes.
PLACEMENT
Coach recommendations for class placement are based on the student’s proficiency in tennis skills, physical skills and competitive skills. Depending on class level, coaches may request new students have an evaluation prior to placement. Advancement is based on staff recommendations.
We take great care in considering students for placement in a level that is compatible with his/her current ability and encourages them to progress.
